Yuan On December 11, Xiaomi launched a new product named Xiaomi Noise Canceling Headphones priced at 299 yuan ($35). As the manufacturer claims, it provides a CD-level sound quality. Today these amazing headphones have gone on sale. So, we decided to get our hands on and recall its selling points.
First, the Xiaomi Noise Canceling Headphones come with an ergonomic earplugs design. They are too soft and skin-friendly. Thanks to them the earplugs are closer to the ear canal. The headphone noise reduction box, the metal clip, and the headphones are molded from 6 Series aluminum alloy. The dual-material wire is coated with TPE skin material, which can effectively reduce the stethoscope effect.
These headphones come with a dual-dynamic + an acoustic architecture that provides an original noise reduction. So regardless the fact whether this feature is turned or not background sounds will not interfere with the sound quality due to the music separation acoustic system.
The Xiaomi Noise Canceling Headphones provide two levels of noise reduction switch (supporting 50-1500Hz broadband active noise reduction and maximum 20dB noise suppression). All the operations can be implemented remotely as well. This is quite suitable for a noisy environment such as aircraft and subway and railway stations.
At last, these headphones have the certification of the Japanese Hi-Res Audio Standard, and they come with an in-built 55mAh battery, which provides up to 12 hours music playback on a single charge. It can be charged using a Micro USB port.
