Xiaomi had revealed last year that it’s going to open 1000 Mi stores across several cities in China by 2020. In order to achieve this goal, the company’s CEO Lei Jun hinted earlier this year that his company would open over 200 retail stores this year. At present, Mi stores are operating in major cities like Beijing, Wuhan, Jinan, Xiamen, Sheyang, and others. Apart from sales of smartphones, they stock Mi gadgets and accessories also, they have technical support services. The company doesn’t give up on his target and yesterday a new Xiaomi Store was opened in Shenzhen. That event came with a hot model. The Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 white all-ceramic version went on sale, while its black variant has been on shelves for a while. Now we’re going to compare the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 black and white models.
The white variant looks like a white jade because it is all made of ceramic. The main difference in the comparison of these versions is the material they use for frames. But if you look thoroughly, the full-ceramic model’s length and width are shorter than the black metal version by 1.3m and 0.99m, respectively.
However, because of its bilateral edge black variant seems thinner than the white one. But in fact, they both have the same thickness of 7,7mm. They also have the same 5,9-inch display and resolution of 2160×1080 pixels. But if the white variant comes with a pixel density of 403ppi, the black one supports 402ppi. The white one has a gold 15K ring around its fingerprint button. The RAM is aslo different – the full-ceramic version has an 8GB RAM and the second has 6GB RAM. They are both powered by Snapdragon 835 chip clocked at 2.45GHz.
They both have amazing features and unique design, yet the design of metal variant is highly experimental and creative. Now you are aware of important differences between these two smartphones. Enjoy yourself.
